remove the bolt pin? tell us what you have done so far... have you ever incerted the bolt pin incorrectly then fired the guns?

what kind of valve do you have? how did you try to remove it; with an adjustible wrench or with an allen key?

remove the valve cap, valve spring, and delrin valve, then (you have unscrewed the hammer assembly enough so that all the threads have been unscrewed, right?) very carefully not to touch the inside bore of the gun, put something like a long screw driver down through the valve sleave and hit the hammer assembly out-be very careful though.

well cant find anything 2 get out the value so it wil take some time but i was looking in the gun and minor scratches in the upper bolt camber wont prevent me from using a derlin bolt will it?

do you have any idea why it might be stuck? have you ever incerted the bolt pin incorrectly then fired the guns? use needle nose plyers to get the delrin valve out. a delrin bolt will work fine.

NEVER fired the gun UNLESS bolt pin was in correctly

and the plier wont damage the valve

what i meant 2 say is...
and the plier wont damage the valve, will it?

from what iv tried it needs more than a little pull to take it out and I have "grips" on the pliers that could... not be good

no, it won't do any harm to the valve-yes, it might scratch the part is is gripping, but that is not a part of the valve that needs to have a perfect seal, so you can scratch it up there all you want and it'll be fine.

K its out

And just 2 check minor sratches wont do anything right?

the valve's out? yeh, minor scratches in the bolt's bore are fine for a delrin bolt-and minor scratches on the front the delrin valve-the only place plyers would be able to grip it-will not matter either.
