new bolt

i wanna upgrade to a shocktech delirin bolt but ive heard that they sometimes dont fit piranhas that well. does anyone own this bolt. ?

I have never heard of them not fitting. But they will use alot more gas than your stock bolt. It will lower your fps by about 25fps so your gun will use more gas. Check out this test.

well if you have a regulator i would go with the derlin mainly because of it being MUCH higher flowing thus u will be able to run at lower pressures...................if you dont have a reg i wouldnt even bother with geting a new bolt if u didnt need one to be higher flowing it really wouldnt help ya much just my .02$

The delrin bolt is bad for low pressure. Look at the tests done comparing them all. The delrin did horible. I wouldnt use one if somebody gave it to me.

what is the pint of upgrading your bolt? is it only for low pressure?

Well your shots will be much more consistant, your marker will be quieter and you'll get more gas effiency on the air source your using :)

your piranha allready has a Venturi bolt. don't get a new bolt be4 better upgrades like barrel and nitro. don't worry about the bolt.

i have the delrin and its deadly accurate but the velocity is way down like 180fps yesterday but i kicked *** with it it was shooting fine i was real happy with it dispite its low fps

If your Piranha is a VTL or BL then it doesnt have a venturi. Then it also doesnt have a LP chamber so you might want to think about getting the upgrade kit which is like $35 at paintballlover.com. It gets you a venturi, ram air, beavertail, and velocity thumb adjuster.
