Thats easy, ultralite! I've shot both barrels and the ultralite is a lot lighter, accurate, and just a little quiter i think.

i'd go with the UL cuz 4 that money u want a good light barrel
meanwhile an all american is a progressive barrel with a new name and a bigger price tag

UL, but you could save 30+ dollars and buy a cp 2 piece if you want.
