Tippmann Barrel Upgrade

Ok now I want to upgrade my tippman barrel, either the:
empire twister
j & j ceramic


I need some info on both of these to make my decision please help!!!!!!

From what Iv heard they are both decent, but I would go with the J&J, overwhelming public support for them (including my own they are great). There is a barrel thread I believe too. One time is a mistake but next time you should post there. No Offense intended.
