I sent my gun to bob long to have it fixed, and HE SENT IT OUT TO THE WRONG PLACE!!! Hes looking into it right now, but i havent gottne a call back yet. I sent it overnight to bob long, and today i tracked it and it was sent and recieved to oakly ca to bob long, but then afterwards it was sent to pacheco ca, and recieved there. What the hell is going on!!! I thought bob long was good with the whole customer service stuff? AHHHHHH

I hope you had it insured. Bob Long probably had nothing to do with it. Im sure it will settle out by tomorrow.

I asked for an o-ring and he sent me 3 of every o-ring in the gun. And a set of replacement screws for every screw in the gun. And 3 cup seals. I've got nothing but good to say about Bob, he's always been really cool to me. That lady that answers when Bob isn't around drives me nuts though, I despise that woman :pissed:

But anyway, I'm sure it'll get worked out bro. There's no way Bob would say "Sorry man, I lost your gun, want to buy another?" it'll either be found, or I'm sure it'll be replaced for sure

I got a call back from bob long, and apparently he never recieved the gun. So right now im giving fedex a call to find out why my gun is in pacheco california when it was supposed to be in oakley. So it was fedex's fault im asusming,a nd not bob long's

And twitch ur right, i despise that woman.....

ok, its all good. The lady misplaced the gun, so they found it, and are fixing it now. She signed for it, and then said she didnt because she thought the 6th was a friday when she wanst there, but it was really a thursday. So they found the package and are fixing it.

She just bothers me to no end. I managed to keep my substandard grip panels in perfect condition for 10 months, and when the plastic finally did crack at the corners, I call and get "No, you tightened your screw too much, sorry. You can buy clear grips from us for 30 bucks". If they'd have just said "Sorry, we aren't covering our grips under warranty anymore" I would have been disapointed, but to essentially say it's my fault when it's plainly obvious the grips are poorly made... Well she just bugs me, what can i say

Oh well, Bobby is still the man

hey,
i just bought a used intimidator....i didn't receive a warranty with the gun but i heard that it is pretty much an implied warranty anyhow....the day i got it i just fiddled around the membrane buttons to practice switching modes ,etc (basically just sitting mesmerized and saying" sooo cool...lol) the next day i couldn't get the gun to "turn on"...the lcd wouldn't come on and the light wouldn't either....i think the switch is bad and someone said the harness might need to be replaced...do you think that bob would replace the harness for free or would i have to pay?...the gun was hardly used by its previous owner as its in mint condition...
thanks in advance,
matt

Could be any number of things. First and foremost, check your battery. If that doesn't work, there is something faulty with your electronics and you'll have to send that to Bob
