Why does the Freestyle get such low ratings?

i am always hearing that the freestyle is better than a trix or a 2k2 timmy, yet it gets an 8.0 rating here, and the matrix has a 9.0 something and even more peeps reviewd it, if a marker gets an 8.0 and only 13 peeps bought it then it can't be that good right?

thats what methinks. if not then they just weren't happy with it. maybe they liked other high end guns more and felt it did not live up to the hype

not entirely true.. most reviews are helpful. when there is a general theme to how the gun broke down (i.e. leaks, e-trigger problems etc.), that can be helpful to let you know that you most likely will expirience that problem

people could be more descriptive of course.. the year can help a lot. also, a lot of people write reviews when they first get the gun, which is a mistake because the should wait a while to break it in before they review it, to see its true colors.

they were all gen1 freestyles.

They were all like the very first freestyles. Like the first 10. Because most of the gen 1's are good. Its was just the very first like 20-30 that had issues.

Or perhaps the fs isn't the ultimate end-all be-all marker that it's hyped up to be. It's really kind of sad how you freestyle guys can't accept that some people just don't like them that much.

the reviews are just what's the word...dependent on the person...very opinionated and such, so if someone doens't like it they'll give it that.

The best review you can get I think is to just use one yourself...

No I'm serious. The reviews are all from very early freestyles. Hence them saying that they had x,y and z problems. ICD fixed these problems extremly quickly in the gen 1's. Then improved alot on the gen 2's with the clammy, valve, ect. Freestyles have virtually no problems now, and are very reliable. Also awsome guns.

Read my previous posts. I've explained why the reviews for the FS are off....

Edit- Most of the recent reviews are good. It was just the first ones with the very first freestyles that were bad.
