Hi. I have to do something called a senior project in my schoolI have to do something that takes 15 hours or more.. IM going to build my own custom gun.. What should I use for the base?? Should I make it a cocker? or a mag? or what? Im going to have to buy the body and all of the internals and then Ill probably weld stuff on to it and make my own trigger frame. Any help would be appreciated...

Take a Talon body, strap on some pneumatics and a chipset, a fully adjustable trigger frame, a boomstick and make it run Nitro.

Make it work and I will place a wreath of olive leaves upon your head and call you King.

Bob Long vertical feed body. Available for $70 from 888paintball in any color/splash you want. Make it a blowback to keep it cheap. Buy a tornado valve, ELCD grip (get your parents to do this, tell them it's for school) a nice barrel, standard Spyder hammer, rear cocking delrin bolt, CP Lightning drop and spring kit with rear velocity adjuster. Throw in an exp chamber (or gas thru)and a Twisted LP chamber and you'll have one sweet gun.

start from scratch and design one.

Design it on the idea of the AirStar Nova. I want one that works like that, but is cooler looking.

Actually, that's on my project to do list. Start with a talon, but mill a new body out of something that doesn't suck, put on some great cocker pneumatics, a custom electro frame, and some other stuff. I was just aiming for a fully auto electro talon, but I might sup it up. If you are going to do something, do it right.

Oh, and don't wait for the pics, I probably won't even start til the Spring or Summer.
