ya i ordered something on nov. 2nd and payed extra for 2 day shipping and i havent even got a tracking number i emailed you guys early last week and you just ingorned me

The only order from 11/02 with any kind of priority shipping was to a person with the first name Reggie.

This order was shipped out on 3rd.

Now if this is your name and you want to PM me I will gladly give you the tracking information.

If this isnt your name then it seems to me like your order wasnt completed properly.

people this is not a personal forum to ask Shootpaint where your order is. There is a reason why he has an email address support@shootpaint.com which he responds to fairly quickly, and if that is not enough use a PM. There is no reason to clutter up the forum with this, not to mention he has setup a forum as well that you can probably reach him at.

Sorry Travis if I am stepping on your toes this just annoys me that you come here to help and suggest and people feel they can use it as their communication device with your company.

I can say that emails ran a little longer last week than normal. I was out of town for 4 days and didnt get to answer them until last night.

Yeah I've remembered one or two emails that he took a few days to respond to, probly cause he was working or something. but PM responses are pretty quick.

either way all I am saying is this isnt the proper way to get ahold of Shootpaint or any other company; there are other alternatives that he has stated before. Just because Travis posts on these forums doesnt mean people should be using it as a business call.

I've sent the poster a nice PM letting him know that this isn't something that will be tolerated beyond this occasion and the reasons why we PM as oppose to post. :) If it happens again, I'll get one of the Mods to close the thread and warn or ban him/others. I'll see to it the ICD forum stays clean...:tombstne: even if it kills me! :eek:
