are you sure its your actual cyclone? or is it your bolt that is chopping your paint?

How old is the marker?
How fast are you shooting?
What kind of paint are you using?
When was the last time you cleaned it?
Old A-5's had a problem with the Cyclone, look on teh bottom of the Cyclone housing if there's not a letter A stamped into it call Tippmann and they will send you the proper parts for the fix at no charge.
The next two questions go together if you're shooting fast with crap paint you get paint soup, it's as easy as that.
The last one is self explanitory, if you don't take care of the thing why are you expecting it to work at all?

Cold weather + brittle paint = one big f'in mess.
You've got to adjust for the cold weather. You need to use cold weather paint, Polar Ice, or at least a thick shelled paint.
And as Coenen said, you have to adjust your ROF.

Anyways, Your trigger job may have something to do with it.

Try different paint. You have no idea how long the sutff you were using was at the store/warehouse before you got it.
Also make sure that it's not too cold out paint gets bittle in the cold...duh.
Take off the trigger job just to make sure. The easiest way to isolate a problem is to simplify things as much as possible.

Maybe its just not in the housing exactly right so it doesn't line up right every time it rotates. But yeah the best thing is to just call tippmann.
