View Full Version : Best regulator?
I have and m98c and I'm getting a few things on it for Christmas. One of those is a Crossfire 68ci/3k nitro tank. Is it necessary to get a regulator?
If it is what is the best regulator to buy? Well the best that is sort of low in cost? Thx for your help

well, i am far from an expert, but as long as your tank is preset (around 800psi), i dont think a regulator is necessary. I have a preset tank, and a palmer stabilizer, which I am very satisfied with. The stab does run a little high price wise, but you get what you pay for.
I saw that the Vilgilante was pretty cheap. Just wondering if anyone has one or has tried one out?
Isn't a palmer stabilizer for c02? Thx for all your help!

yeap, palmer stabs are excellent for c02, but can also be used as a secondary reg for HPA.. i am still breaking mine in, but I am expecting a +/-2 or 3 fps with the stab and nitro

Vigilante is a good low priced reg for nitro. Just make sure you purchase the high pressure version.
