HPA tanks under 150 and scuba tank and fill station

Hello,
I want to buy a hpa tank that is under $150, can be steal or aluminum or better fiber wraped, must still be in hydro date. must be in fairly good shap with guage working.
Also a hpa scuba tank and fill station, that is also in hydro date, im not sure how much i will pay for this but make offers.
