when im test fireing my tes with no ball or air only the clikking noise how come semi it dosent respond as quick as auto dose

Because they are two different settings. Technically, it makes no sense IMO, but that is the way of Dragun. They should only have one setting called ROF, or sensitivity. Oh well, just put it on Auto and set it to the ROF you want.
