CO2 Froze Up

Well you have all probably had your gun malfunction in the worst possible place on the field, my first one happened last Saturday. My friends and I went out in the woods when it was 40 degrees to play some woodsball. On our first game it is 2 on 3(Tate and me were the 2).

The 3 opposing players are all behind this 10 foot pile of branches and brush while Tate is climbing a tree to take some shots off. I just have to be his decoy and run out into the open avoiding 2 spyders and a pro-carbine and make it to a tree to the right of the other 3 players

So they send one of the spyder guys out to get me and we play cat and mouse for about 10 minutes. i finally get so far away from the big brush pile that i run straight for it and get shot in the a** on my way there. once i get by the enemy bunker with the other 2 people in it(tate is still shooting from them except from the left side of the bunker, so they are facing him.

I round the corner of the tree and see the other 2 people facing away from me just standing with their guns down by their sides while tate is unloading on the area they are standing in. so since i am behind them i start ripping on the trigger and its not shooting so i am like WTF! then they turn around and i call myself out because i dont know whats going on at the time.

so when i get back to where our gear and extra balls are stored on the field i found out my co2 froze in my gun causing my gun to not recock.

so post here when your gun fudged up on you

I had a Vitro II with a 9 oz tank it was a hot fire so we were firing really fast as fast as we can pull the trigger and like after about 4 mins into the game i shot continuesly non-stop and ****! my gun just stoped! i touched the gun and it was like freezing! and got lit up!

my gun fudged up once when the sear wasnt catching the cocking rod, thats all. nothing really serious. got it fixed and was on the field the next game :D

I forgot my spring kit and I couldn't get the veocity below 430. That wasn't really my gun's fault, but I'm blaming it anyways:P

Lol my old gun (black dragun) got its spring worn out and the highest my fps would go to is 180! lol. i called my mom and she brought my extra springs from home. (we are way off subject) a mod is gonna come and handle this.

how r we off subject? its about paintball, and its a story, all we r doing is elaborating on his post. not off subject to me

well aren't we talking about co2 freezing up and it happens all the time so there doesn't need to be a thread about it.

right off the break, the back srew in my trigger frame came off, and my trigger cear wasent catching the hammer and my gun went off like full auto chopping paint like a biatch.
