what is your setup?
what is the pressure(s)?
does it leak? from where?
how old is it?
do you regularly clean it (ram, bolt, valve, solenoid, reg...?
we can't just pull an answer out of some magic hat, we actually analyze your problem before we suggest a course of action...
imo, just go to sp...

just go to sp. there is something probably restricting the air flow to the solenoid; either the gp valve's are broken (i highly duobt) or some dirt or something got into the solenoid's filters or the maxflo or one of the many other little holes. try increasing your pressureto 150psi and dwell a lot.
again though, just go to sp, there arn't enough symtoms that i can see for my to diagnose the problem. all i can do is guess what is wrong. good luck, and go to sp ;)
