low pressure g2 ext

i have a g2 ext and n2 just doesnt appeal to me
for a varity of reasons. so in order to get a little more
consistancy from co2 im told i can go 'low pressure'

now i dont know anything, but does that just mean
i get a regulator, high flow valve and an expansion
chamber grip and call it done?

any information on what low pressure is and what
i can do to my ugly piranha to make it more consistant
would be appreciated.
