Heres a question can you
1)pick up a can of spraypaint
2)spray your hopper
If you can do those two you can spraypaint your hopper
I did!

or you can use "Plasti-coat" auto paint...
It is used to pant plastic for auto parts...and covers very well and is hard to scratch off plastics....
you should be able to get it at any auto store or auto paint store....
it comes in a bunch of different colors....

Not bad thor at first I was starting to doubt you thinking it would be crappy :(, but it turned out better then I thought  Did it take alot of time to do that? Did you mess up? Im starting to thinking to that to my 12v revvy, but its a smoke hopper.

hell yeah it took a long time! if you ever do a hopper, use rc paint and be sure and let the paint dry before you peel the paint. i spent 4 days on this hopper because i screwed up so many times on it.

Thor, that is one heck of a nice hopper, did you like, use a plan, or was it in your mind? Also, (please forgive my stupidity) what do you mena peel the paint

o i iment peel the tape for the design. i spray painted the entire hopper black because that was the dominant color, then i put tape over the entire thing again and drew a flame job and then cut out the area with an exacto knife and peeled what i wanted to be white away and that was the product. keep in mind that its not as easy as it sounds because most of the time your design will turn out really blocky and stupid looking so you might want to spray some spray paint into a cup and touch up from there with a regular paint brush. when after you perfect that, put on at least 4 coats of gloss to make it shiney and make it so if a paintball hits, it will not make the paint a different color. here is another pic of the hopper

A buddy of mine took a clear hopper and masked off a strip in the back with tape. He then woodland camo painted it with brown, green and black out of his airbrush. Peeling off the tape he was left with a camo hopper that had a clear line down the back so he could see how much paint he had. It's a waste of time on a non-motorized hopper if you ask me, but hey, some of us have different priorities. I must admit it looks pretty good. Just don't use VL hoppers, they have big letters on the side, and your money is supporting Brass Eagle if you do!

so rc paint will not hurt the hopper, and spray paint will ???
will one of any not hurt the hopper??
That last idea of a clear strip in the back and the rest a different color so others cant see in is such an aweseome idea.

well you can try primer, though it'll kinda look crappy, no gloss, ugly finish, will not shine. but its cheap and... its colored... usually white, black, or gray, atleast thats all I've seen. =P. But as far as hot harming your hopper, I'd say almost anything in a can that sprays will slightly eat plastic, depending upon the crap thats in it. =P. Oh well
btw, Thor, thas' a nice job you did on your hopper.

Dude, you can't be at the field 24/7, all this decorative stuff people do is simply on their off time / free time. Don't have a corinary. lol. Besides, if you wanna get attention with some cool designs, why not? If you don't like it, well then who cares? He likes it, good to go, thats all that matters. Do what you like, thats how things go. Well thats all I have left to say on this subject. Just got bored and am currently replying to silly posts and wasting my time. Its 2 am and I cant sleep, I'm a freak. heh
