I just bought a Defiant. When I got it it was leaking (I knew about that beforehand), so I had the local store fix that. It seemed great when I was firing air, but today when I tried paint it was a different story.....
First of all, there was some pretty bad FSDO, the first few shots went literally 5 feet. After a few shots, with that out of the way, it started to bounce. Not just a little bounce, a full 5-10 seconds.

So, anyone know what I can do to fix the bounce and FSDO?

Thanks in advance.

the FSDO probably is due to a dry LPR or a dry ram. Take the pin out of the bolt and then unscrew the ram assembly from the back of the marker. Now that you have the ram assembly out take the back cap off and put some lube in there. Then place some on the shaft and manually cycle the ram this should get it ready to go. Then break down the LPR clean off all the old stuff on the orings and put on new lube. You should be all set now.

The bounce probably has to do with your activation point but for the life of me i cant remember how to change that on a pre 2k3 frame, god i really am getting old

Thanks, I'll try that out now.
There's an allen key in the trigger, that would be what I would adjust to change the point of activation right?
