Pleas Help With My Freak!!!!!!

Hey I just got my freak today and when I tryed to screw it into my cocker it is hard as hell. I dont want to force it and was just wandering if anyone else has experienced this and what I should do about it? also my 89 insert for some reason is smaller than my 79! what the hell is up with that? WHAT SHOULD I DO??????? PLEAS HELP ME!!!!! why does this kind of stuff always happen to me? :pissed:

I would call up/email/fax Smart Parts. That is a SERIOUS problem. Actually, before that, call the place you bought it from. They can help you more than SP I would think...
