SO anyways, i finally ordered all my gear from BBT,
A Spyder TL plus
A lapco SS bigshot barrel
sticky grips
An elbow
A VL200
So i went to BBT's website to see how much this whole package would weigh. According to them, approximatley 10-15 pounds. So anyway, I track the order, and it says 6 pounds. Hmm, did BBT forget something? I guess I will have to wait a week before i find out. Only e-mail I got from them was the confirmation, no phone calls or anything. So according to their order procederus, everything should be included, and nothing is out of stock.

Chevy, I've never had a problem from BBT, but if you're worried about your order, call them at 888-520-7458.

I order %80 of my paintball equiptment from http://www.bbtpaintball.com I have never had a problem. and hell no! paintballgear.com is sooooo slow! It took me like 2 weeks to get a barrel from them, and they are a bit pricey. BBT paintball, i get my stuff one time! everytime! and at a great price too! the special they have on the TL+ what was it $139.00 for the TL+! that is a great deal. the only thing I don't like about BBT is that they don't have a large selection like paintballgear.com, but it's still the best place to order online. well that is my opinion

I think you have a better buying experience if you call the store first, make sure they have what you want in stock, and order on the phone ... online is definitely more conventient, but you can't always be sure that they've updated their stock on the Web site.

i know what you mean about pbgear.com being slow. i ordered a lapco big shot from 'em a month ago, it was back ordered, then the machines at lapco broke, or so they tell me. the guy told me it would be 2 weeks before they get the machines at lapco goin again! i was hoping to have the barrel by the weekend.i guess i'll be waiting a while.

I gave up on trying to get a Lapco Big Shot because every store I called was out of them and didn't know when they would be able to restock ... I almost gave up on getting a Smart Parts barrel for the same reason. As for Paintballgear.com being slow ... I've order four times from them, and never a problem ... again, I think it goes back to calling the store first to make sure they have what you want in stock ... also, most sites have a shipping chart that will tell you how long it's gonna take to get your stuff. Before I order from anyone, I check out their shipping information, get their phone number and then call them. So far, the only store I absolutely refuse to order from is 800paintball.com. THEY SUCK.

I hear ya ... I used to order paint from BBT, but it took so dam long for it to get here from California ... Then 800paintball, but they were always out of stock, then I found paintballgear.com, four days regular ground ship, track the package on their site, they haven't screwed up any of my orders.

BBT also give free shipping on orders over $200 as long as you dont order paint. both my brother and i ordered our guns from them and we dont have any complaints

03-24-2001, 09:51 PM
ohyeah and chevy, i don't think that stuff would weight 10-15 lbs, the gun might weigh 2 or 3, the big shot 1(I am rounding up) and maybe 1 pound between the grip hopper and elbow. 6lbs seems about right, i don't know what to tell you about the 10-15lb part.
Shop 4 paintball- Very Trustable
Paintball on demand- Never Order From Them Again
PaintballGear- Ehhh...Pretty Good
paintballbarrels- Umm..Pretty good.
Ive ordered from Shop4paintball 3 times and every time they are prefect. One thing I would reccomend is that the phone lines were 24-7 and you can call on weekends.

Thats where I am gonna start buying paint and more from.
Here is how I trust a web site.
HOW NEAT IT IS.
If it looks like poop I am not gonna shop there.
example:How clear the pics look and how arranged it is.
Thats how you know if they want to bother with selling paintball stuff.

my brother ordered a carbon fibre barrel for him M98 from shop4pball, and they sent him one with spyder threads, then when he tried to return him they said he'd need to pay for shipping and restocking!

I hate companies that give you the "SCREW YOU" attitude. I just wish I could find a dealer that would have good customer servise.

This is pretty funny since shop4paintball.com, d_i_c_k_spaintball.com(underscores added to prevent asterisks), and paintballondemand.com are all the same company. If you look at the customer service information on each respective webpage they all have the same mailing address.

BBT is great, i called them up and asked for the proline drop forward because i knew it had a spyder conversion, but the bottom part(that the tank goes to) has universal holes(not spyder) so i called when i got the drop to see how much the spacer and screws would cost, the guy said it's already in the mail, and it waas on him. now thats customer service.
