Freak System help?

ok, im kinda new with this paintball stuff so bear with me ok? i have a Spyder Flash with a Tear Drop barrel, and i have been looking to buy a freak. Ive been reading about them and if im reading it right it sounds like the front part of the Freak system is a Tear Drop? if so i would only have to buy the Freak back and the inserts, and i right? please explain this for me:confused:

no. the tear drop is a one peice barrel. i would buy the freak jr. it is only $75 at actionvillage.com and with an insert to match you most used paint you would only be looking at $95. great deal. the only bad thing is that the front doesn't have that much porting. oh well.:o buy a new front for it later on!

ok so your saying dont go with a normal Freak and buy the Freak jr? whats the diffrence besides price? and if i did buy a freak back and an insert would the teardrop fit in? thanks

no. the tear drop is threaded to different kinds of guns. you would have to buy a totally new for for $40.

how is freak jr different? just the amount of porting? can i still drop in the different inserts of normal freak system? or does jr have its own set of inserts i need to buy? can i even buy extra inserts for the jr? or is it just a $95 barrel???

the freak jr is a less glitzy version of the regular freak ,it uses the same inserts as the freak,the lack of porting is a good thing
because its more efficient,and its basically geard for the spyder/m98 crowd. its a great buy

I am going to get the total freak system with four different fronts. The only reason I'm not going to get the freak JR is that it ONLY comes in threads for the M98 and Spyder threaded guns, no others. I am getting a n autococker in a few days (it's in the mail).
