I am a newbie and i'm wondering what a good barrel that is cheap ($50 and less) would be for the Brass Eagle Avenger. It has Spyder Threads.

You can get a VL barrel from wal-mart for $35. It's pretty good.

Try just getting a new gun. Brass Eagles are known to totally BLOW no offense to your gun, but a new barrel probaly wont help. My first gun was a Spyder Compact Deluxe which is around 85 bucks online and it worked like a charm. Much better then anything BE makes. Take my word. Brass Eagles arent much worth upgrading.

Agreed. Beg your parents to get you a good Powerfeed Mag. You won't regret it. :agree:

I have a guy that comes out to my field with an Avenger (until he bought a Tippmann M98) and the stock barrel seems to have worked better than most stock barrels I have seen. I wouldn't change until I went for a better gun, really.

first off... lol brass eagle... atleast your admiting your a newbie ;) Yea your best beat for shopping for a brass eagle barrel would be the brass eagle site... or walmart. Once you got some experience under your belt and your strictly recreational then go for a spyder or tippmann. After that then move up to something tourny grade (normally takes up to 3 or 5 yrs ;) )
