i just bought the tippman x-chamber, do u guys recommend usinsg loctite or teflon tape?

I did not use either of them, and I have never had any problems with it. Works just fine. No leaks. I thought about using some Teflon tape, but that stuff has a tenancy to shred with frequent rescrewing (Is that a word?), and I thought that some of the shreds might make their way into the internals. Try it without either of them first, if it gives you problems, then use one of them.

Only use loctite. Use the blue color of loctite if you don't want it to be permanent. If you don't use anything you are going to get leaks eventually. Teflon tape will shread and get caught in the internals so it is not recommended.
