I'm not exactly understanding your question. Are you asking ways to help you shoot faster like walking and fanning, or what?

Rubber bands around the fingers; practice while you watch tv. Then go back to the trigger. After a few months you'll notice an improvement.

Also make sure your trigger is set up as you like it.

the rubber band works very well, your fingers start getting pretty strong after awhile.
Its good to try it on your non regular shooting hand, make it so you can shoot fast using either hand.

Well, my left hand is about 3+ bps faster than my right ( I play guitar ) and I want to get my right hand caught up with it.

good advice but seriously just put a rubberband around each hands index and middle and watch TV. Do them both at the sam time so that one doesnt get stronger than the other.

If you have a bass or a guitar, just sit there and walk the strings. It helps me. When I play guitar, just fiddling around, I walk the string and the fret board. It helps your finger's speed on both hands.

I just walk my pencil a lot during school that seems to help. I do 15-16 bps consistently with my right and about 11-12 with my left

I do the same thing but get consistant 16-17 with right hand and only 10-11 with left. Also walk erasers, desk, book, binder, person infront of me, paper, and anything that makes a sound.

The pencil however can be set like a trigger to tap the desk. It annoys everyone around me, and I love it. My teacher gets annoy with a rapid clicking noise also. Thats the best part.

I thought they sold some kind of finger weight. I remember the slogan "Get the ladies or your money back" or something stupid. Or you could tape a bunch of fishing weights to your fingers. In class, use 4 clicky pens, two in each hand, and hammer with those. I got yelled at a ton when I did that. But it was fun watching my teacher ( this giant fat guy)'s chins wobble when he hollered out my name.

Right now for the next 4 weeks i can only use my left hand to do things. So im goimng to practice only on that hand. Gets you fast.

Luckily i can still play the guitar.

I was pretty much ambidextrus after i got my cast taken off, but then my right hand became the dominant one and now lefty is weak.

I use a rock climbers grip excercizer. Works like the rubber bands, just a little more sophisticated.

haha yea it seems that paintball, guitar, and girlfrends all have one thing in common. the better your finger dexterity is, the better youa re at it ;)
