Angel vs Cocker

The two best, most renowned guns in the history of paintball! Truly the are pieces of art. But which is better? I have the hardest time figuring out what set aside an Angel and Cocker. Well for one, yea, Angel is electric! Duh! And an autococker has the ability to be as accurate as an pump. BUt what really makes these two guns great! All I hear is that the Angel is good only for the looks and it make the person feel. But the Autococker sounds like a true paintball gun. Low pressure system, accuracy. But that can't be all of it though! So here is where I ask a question, in your opinion, which do you prefer to use? The Rolls Royce of paintball guns, The Angel. Or the Chevy "Like a Rock" Autococker?

cocker i just like how when it shoots the back block looks. Looks like a real gun

the angel is kind of a *** gun. it just shoots its nothing like a real gun because there arent that many moving parts

an angel ive seen 1000 autocockers break down but ive never seen a guy with an angel sitting on the sidelines because his gun was broken down. or "not timed right" angels are way more accurate and run at the same or pressures

I have to say I like both, all because of the DYE Autococker and Angel, ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

i have seen quite a few angel owners sitting out an waiting for the gun to be fixed, cause they usually dont know whats wrong unlike most cocker owners who know their gun inside and out.

its completely preference, i personally like both but prefer a cocker. how ever if i had the money, i would own both.

Ahhh, same here, same here. I noticed something... Autocockers and Angel both SUX! WEll before I get flamed... From what you all have said they all have problems! I mean if I'm in the World Cup or any comp, and my Angel of Cocker fails, I'm going to be pissed! But besides all the problems the each perform equally well. So to conclude, ANgel and Cockers are no better than each other, its all preference. You own a cocker for a good gun, reliable, and maybe the looks, but mostly performence. People own Angel' just to feel good about themselves, like owning a Rolls Royce, or Rolex... BUt it does perform just as well as any Cocker, they shoot really fast for one thing! So its all about preference.

Lets say u own an angel, and your motherboard fries your solenoid and 14 way? WTF are you gonna do? Or your LCD screen screws up due to weather.

my sisters b/f had an angel and was playing in a game and water fried the board and well... he was out

anyways I like both, they each have their pros and cons but i prefer the autococker over the angel(wouldnt mind having a dark angel though, or a KAPP Autococker for that matter)

Whoa, the Angel isn't water proof!? Eeek, mark that down on my cons list. I mean, If playing in unexpected conditions, and you using an Angel, best have your Tippy around...

Well the comparison is between two entirely different styles of guns. You've got an electro with massive firepower, or you've got the ultimate closed-bolt pneumatic, while not having great ROF, can lob some balls from way back with darn good accuracy.

Having owned both of these guns. Adrenaline Angel and several cockers, I will have to say that this argument is pointless because you can't compare a front gun to a back gun and expect fair results in either case.
