The STS is a way better buy. The pro adds a nice ano job, power feed, and a metal trigger. Heh, and it also adds 70 bucks.

If this is your first gun, go for the m98.

I have a Rebel Le and I think it is a really great gun for the price, $149.99. A friend of mine has a Spyder TL+ and we took our guns out and compared them. Everything on both guns was stock except for the barrel on my Rebel LE(14" Stone Cold II). After our little test we found that both guns performed fairly equal, with the only difference being an edge in accuracy with my Rebel LE due to my aftermarket barrel. Range was about the same, and neither of us broke any paint. So, it is safe to say that either of these two guns is a good choice. If you are concerned with money, however, I think that the rebel le is the best buy because it is $10 cheaper than the TL+ and it comes with an x chamber. The only negative thing right now about buying a rebel le is that there is not a lot of upgrades available for it yet. But if you are just a rec. player I don't think this marker really needs any upgrades besides a new barrel, which any barrel with spyder threads will work on a rebel.
If you decide to buy a rebel le in a package deal go to shop4paintball.com you can get the package for $199. If want only the gun go to bndpaintball.com any you can get it for 149.99. Or you can check ebay and save even more money.
I havn't used a pirahna so it may be a good choice as well, just choose the marker you think looks the best and can get at the best price. I don't think you will be dissappointed with any of the three. ( I had to make this decision last month when I bought my Rebel LE, I almost got the TL+ but decided to get the LE due to looks and price.) So far I am extremly pleased with my purchase.

i'd get the STS. Very good gun stock, plus it takes spyder upgrades, and you know that the Spyder has an endless amount of aftermarket accessories..plus the M98 is hard to field strip. The Sts uses one pin to take out it's internals..very easy.

The LE also has one pin to remove the internals.
I think the LE'S have a lot of potential but they have recieved a bad rap over the past.

Witt, what past?! The damn gun has been out all of 2 months. I think you are thinking of the Deluxe, which hasn't been getting a good rep around here.
Joel..Over the time it has been out it has been dissed hard on this site. That is what I am refering too. And its been out for atleast 4 months because I have a magazine from like 5 months ago with a rating in it for that gun.

It is not getting "dissed" in the review section of this site, an average rating of 9.9 I haven't placed a review there yet because I want to use it for a couple of months first. But so far so good.
