Hey, just lettin everyone know that pigtv has a new episode up, and it's pretty good. I was waiting for this, assuming they would show BLs Ironmen in a game, but alas, they didnt. They did however show something very interesting, if you go to time index 6:26 and watch that player for the next 10 seconds, you're gonna see one of the most unsportsmanlike displays I've ever seen, and it's caught on camera and broadcast to thousands of people. Real great guy, who's probably feeling real crappy about what he did. Now everyone knows GodSpeed are a bunch of llamas, so check it out, it's a real good episode (the camera work gets better every time:) ). Everyone post what you thought about it later. And click the banners in the forum too, so that Andrew doesnt go broke trying to pay his mods their 70 dollar an hour salaries...

I liked how you can see him turn to watch the ref running at him, then quickly fires fast as he can, all the while watching the ref, I had to watch that a few times to be sure it really happened, I couldnt beleive it

Well the shot that hurt me the most was on the inside of my thigh. Geeze that hurt man. Ive had ones not brak on my chest, and this one broke on my leg. Damn That hurt a lot more on my leg!

Sorry guys I think Im gonna get flamed on this.

I believe that the player was okay on this one. Why? I am assuming a few things on this one.

1. He is playing in a tournament.
2. In most all tournaments you are not out until a ref pulls your flag.
3. If you are hit you are not "officially" out until you get pulled.

Therefore assuming that he is playing in a tournament and not out until he gets his flag pulled, he really did nothing wrong. If you notice... As soon as the ref gets to him, does a paintcheck and pulls his flag, he gets up and leaves.

In Recball I believe that you should just call yourself out if you are shot. No doubt about it. If you are staying in and playing through, there is no honor in that.

However, in tournament play, where this may be part of the rules, it is hard to say.

Is this right or wrong? I guess that is what the forum is for.

"Players who are hit in an obvious location are expected to immediately signal their elimination by announcing "HIT" or "OUT" at the time of such elimination." It's in the rulebook, section 10.02. I haven't watched the video yet, but from what you guys were saying, he definitely broke the rules.

Yes that's breaking the rules. If you notice the player behind him getting pulled, you'll know that. The refs are doing a 1 for 1, as a result of his flagrant disobedience of the rules, the team loses an extra player. Notice he wiped the first hit. He got hit in the arm, put his elbow on his lap, moved it for a minute and when he raised it he was clean. That's completely illegal and he's lucky all he got was a 1 for 1, I've seen 3 for 1s for that sort of crap

its a 1 for 1 when 2 people get out? so do 4 people get eliminated in the 3 for 1? i don't know lots about the terminology, i normally play at my home field, at if i get my own fill station i'll play home much more
