bad recock problems

i am lost. ive done everything by the book on my marker n it still wont recock, it will fire, but wont recock, if im lucky it will recock once but never twice in a row, any help will be appreciated

1: Try turning the recock pressure up.
2: Oil your hammer o-ring.
3: The inner block might be giving you binding issues, if so request a new one from Evil.

definitely not the recock pressure, ill try that, how much of a pain is it to do that with evil
