is there a way we could make a petition to get someone banned? and say if X amount of people vote, we can ban them. (with a good cause of course)

the reason i ask is because of a certain user - biteme. i have not seen him make one reply that was intelligent or helpful, all i see is flaming, name calling, and racist comments. all of his posts are full of immature and rude comments toward pretty much anyone in the thread. he brings nothing positive to pbreview, and i wouldn't miss him if he were to be banned. thanks.

I think thats a good idea, would it work for banning mods also? or atleast dethroning them? (just a hypethetical question)

Why would you need to de-bunk a mod? Mods deal with other mods privately. Feel free to PM any of us. You have no reason to fear retaliation. If you feel that you are being treated unfairly, then the council (as it were. lol) will examine the situation. The only one that can retaliate against you, really, is TheFlash and since he's admin, there's nothing anyone can do about it is there? lol :)

As for biteme, I'll start taking a look at him.

i am very happy with all of the mods, i think they are all great. i do however have a problem with the immature flaming that biteme likes to bring out in people.

Well, the first thing to do, is start reporting (using the report post feature) the useless and offending posts. The mod who mods that particular forum will take action (moving the offending threads into storage from which all the mods can asess (sp) the damage and decide what to do.

As for biteme, he's being taken care of, trust in that.

Don't take the law into your own hands (starting a ban wish list) Das hit the nail right on target! If anyone is being stupid, just click the icon, or pm a mod. Don't subject yourself to taking on the numbskull yourselves. We (the mods) have ways of resolving conflicts and healing retardation! (spamers, swearers, doofs & dorks ) Going any other route starts flame wars which could burn alot of innocent bystanders!

I was asking for an example of a hypothetical situation.
