Ok, I'm looking to get a Rebel Basic (don't ask me why I don't get a BL, I think the Vertical tank looks better somehow) and my mom is gona buy it.

She was talking to one of her work friends and her son plays. He says the rebel breaks every ball in the barrel.

Now what I'm guessing is that it was A) his paint, or B) the stock barrel just really blows on this gun.

Wondering if I could get some feedback on this.

I was planning on upgrading the barrel to a 32degrees Nyte Stikk or Terminator anyways.

rebels don't break paint everyshot.

for instance, i have a rebel deluxe, my friend has a rebel LE, and another one of my friends has a BL.

the bottomline chops the most, probably because its top cocking.

my friends LE comes next because of the verticle feed probably.

and mine has only chopped 2 total. but i realized one of those was today and i was rapid firing straight up into the air before my dumb *** realized that i have a normal gravity fed hopper and i chopped 1 ball. one other broke the first time i used it.

the bottomline didn't chop any today (mine technically didn't either cause it was my fault)

and the LE, has only been used once because the kids a ******* and doesn't believe co2 tanks can be refilled. so he 'has' to get a new tank before he can play. what a *******.

so rebels don't break paint that often

hope this helps....wait i just remembered something. my friend with the bottomline, when he first got it, it came with 2000 practice rounds of paint.

he used to chop like 1 in 50 of those, maybe more, which could be why your friend is chopping.

so you are probably correct in your assumption that its bad paint.

also one more thing, i have a smart parts stainless steel all american two-piece 14 inch precision rifled barrel. (i love it like a *****)

but if i didn't have that and had to choose from a barrel under 50 bucks, i'd take the 32 degrees ice cold over the nite styck or terminator anyday:)

Thanks for the help, you wouldn't happen to know what type of barrel threading the rebel basic is would you?

Rebel's have the same barrel threading as spyders and piranha's.
You should look into the new 32 degrees barrels, the whisper and quiet riot
they both seem pretty good and are a little cheaper than the terminator and nyte stikk

yeah those seem ok, but i'd wait til more people try them, cause all the reviews so far have been fake.

but i saw them in a catalog like a year ago.

cough cough get an all american cough cough

actuallly the quietest barrel i've shot so far is a aci gravity barrel don't know what kind but thats what it said on the side of it.
