Probably a shocktech, even though bolts don't really need to be upgraded.

Swelling isn't a good thing to look for.:|

Neither is a heavy bolt? But what are these swelling issues you are saying?

Tigersharks are known to swell. I have heard most of the stories of them being how bad they swell, but if you get one that doesn't you get a good bolt.:|

or, if you want to further help prevent chops, a Jam Enterprises Jam Bolt for the TES might be good :D .

the jam bolt IS the best bolt for ur TES. although costing the most, its definitly worth it. at the moment, they r on sale on their website, www.apbbolts.com . you would need to get the timmy one. i have one of these bolts and just used it for the first time yesterday. i went 20 bps nitro and my The One and have no chops in the breech :). its self lubing and shouldnt swell. a nice delrin bolt.
as for the tigershark bolt, its a very nice bolt. i have one and love it. light and self lubing. if u dont need a bolt to prevent chops, or want the cheap way out, this is the bolt 4 u. i have NEVER had swelling problems and have had the bolt 4 almost a year. DO NOT lube it, and it shouldnt swell.
IMO, the shocktech bolt is a waste of money and a POS. ive had shocktech bolts and abosolutely hate them. get one of the other 2 above. OUT OF ALL,i highly suggest the jam bolt.
another alternative is the spudnkl bolt which very closely resembles the tigershark bolt, performing about the same. but does sometimes have swelling problems.
hope this helped!
EDIT: and clown_13, u DO need to upgrade bolts. the stock aluminum bolt sucks and will cause wear which will cause a loss in value. not only that, but aftermarket bolts(if u choose the right ones) are lighter w/ better materials, and CAN b lower pressure. not only that, but they have special features a stock aluminum bolt doesnt provide, such as preventing chops using the JAM bolt

The wear has almost no effect on performance, and if someone buying the gun actually knew about paintball, they would know this.
What is so great about lower pressure when that is not always the case for the most efficient gun? And a little bolt with a little more flowing room won't make that much difference in recocking pressure.
I totally agree on buying an acs bolt, but none other unless your bolt is causing major blowback.
