Ok, ok. I've always traded under the assumption that people are for the most part good and decent but this is my first deal to have gone sour...and horribly so.

The deal was for...my Viking, 70/45 crossfire lp, Halo, Ultralite, CP rail and on/off. He recieved it last Tuesday.

for his

Ironmen Timmy, 68/45 crossfire hp and redz cover, 60 cash, cp rail and asa...and I still haven't gotten it.

I sent it insured for 800 to him more than two weeks ago. He recieved it and said he was sending my stuff that Tuesday. it is now Thursday of the next week and still no sign of it.

Now, I can understand what with the holiday shipping mess that stuff might get delayed. But...mine was shipped BEFORE christmas and took a week to get there, so his package ehould not have taken MORE than a week to get to me AFTER christmas.

That's not the whole of it...this guy is a friggin jerk...communication was smooth and constant while I was sending my stuff, of course...as soon as he recieved my package, communication was cut off. NO response to my REPEATED emails AND pms both here AND on PBN. He has completely disappeared from AIM.

can you give us an update of what's going on with this, I know there has been some updates to your case.

I've contacted his local PD and also filed a mail fraud form with USPS. As you can see in this thread, some guys also have some local connections I may be able to use...and if all fails I'll contact the DA.

He's had a few aliases and has scammed people left and right (the other main one was paintballpimp04.)
