I HATE icd i had my b2k4 for like 4 weeks then one time i was playing and it just wouldnt shoot i found out the reg. was broken so i shipped it back to icd then i didnt get it back for 8 weeks c'mon i mean this company sucks so when i got it back they put a new reg. on there i found out it was a bko reg not a b2k4 one i mean this company should go fu*k off!!!!!!!!!!!:D :D

That is probably a good thing. If you arent sure how to fix the problem yourself it is best to let the manufacturer take care of the issue for you.

I am guessing that you sent it back within the last couple of months since you are just now posting. My first thought is Christmas rush!!! There is this little thing called Christmas that most people in the US celebrate. It involves buying gifts and exchanging them with loved ones and friends. Funny thing about this tradition is how much it increases sales vs any other time of the year. Since sales are increased naturally production is increased. Chances are you sent your marker into them at a time when their production was at its highest and they werent turning out the repair markers as quick as they normally do.

Now lets look at this in another manor. Say you sent your package out at the start of November. Depending on where you are located your package could take anywhere from 1-10 business days to get to them, depending on the shipping service you used. This now puts us in the middle of November. They open the marker discover it has a bad HPR unfortunately due to the high demand on production they dont have a new HPR to put on your marker. They wait a couple of weeks while the regs are out at the anodizers being anodized. We are now in December. Well the regs get back and they realize that none of them match the color of your marker so they decided to check the BKO regs and see if they match. Lucky for you one does.
They repair your marker and ship it out the following day. This puts us at the second week of Decemeber. Again depedning on the shipping service selected this package could take up to 1-10 business days to get to you. That would put you are roughly todays date with a working marker.

Fact of the matter is you now have a working marker with parts that are factory approved and have no ill-effects. The reg that was sent to you was the same reg that was used on the 03 B2K and if you really must know the one you are complaining about them not sending back is the exact same reg that came on the Gen1-9's, only in a different body. In my book they did what you asked them to do and that is fix your marker.

Its christmas man. of course they're busy.

You should see how many guns are in at my shop for repairs right now. its ridiculous. We're way behind just cause its so much work. We'll probly be caught up by next week. I'm sure ICD is the same way.

BTW, the new reg you got is the same one that came stock on my B2K3, which I'm currently getting +/-4 on, so you might be pleasantly surprised.

I'm not quite sure why you came on here to vent. You're probly talking to the wrong ppl since pretty much everyone here likes ICD and owns an ICD gun. Go tell your mom if you're that pissed off, maybe she'll make you some cookies to make you feel better and put you to bed with a nice warm glass of milk :laugh: .

thats one thing i like about icd... the markers are alot alike and part swapping like this isnt bad... if you went out and bought a CP reg... thats not a B2k reg but it works doesnt it, thats the saem if you got a BKO reg.
