My guess is you're not alone in this issue, So don't buy alone, get a bunch of your buddies together and buy in bulk. That's how we do it! We will pool our money together to buy cases. It ends up giving you better paint at better prices. The paint we've been buying is RPS Premium at about 45 bucks a case. Get 4 guys at 11.25 each and ya end up with 500 balls a piece! That's better than Wal-Mart 200 count BE at 8.99. Hey I work hard for my money! Make your money go further for you, just like we do!

I do the same....me and my 3 friends usually order 2 cases and pay like $20-30 and get 1000 each. 500 is nice, but not enough for more than one outing

that website lists those as "seconds" for $109 with no shipping fee for UPS ground.

has anyone ordered those? also what are the specific reasons they would be classified as seconds?

seconds are imperfect paintballs. Making paintballs is a very difficult process and not all of the balls meet the company's standards to be sold with their product so they sell them as seconds. they may be slighty misshaped, dimpled and so forth.

i ordered 8000 "practice" paintballs from thepaintballstore.com for $138, i just received the shipping email, the package weighs 68 pounds.... with many orders like that they wont provide free shipping for long.....

for playing games in the woods at a friends families property (12 wooded acres on which no one lives out in the countryside) practice "second" quality wont matter too much
