Is paintball a club or something?

I think he means "How did you get involved in the sport?"

If so, I went because one of my friends played. It looked cool, so I went along... on thing led to another, and here I am today, on a team, spending thousands on this infernal obsession. And I couldn't be happier.

I went with a friend after he got a new gun for Christmas and was hooked. I finally saved up enough cash for my own equipment around march of 04, and soon became obsessed even more.

My friend paid for me and a few other kids to play for his birthday party. A couple of months after that I got a Spyder Imagine for my Birthday, after I got it I played pretty much every weekend.

I went with a friend a long time ago. I almost got my mom to let play often. I didn't play for like 2 years after that. Then I stumbled across paintball again. Remebered how fun it was, then got back into. I've been playing for 10 months now and have been loving it. I am often broke and my friends ditch me before I talk about paintball most of the time.

You gotta love a game where you can shoot people and have them thank you for it.

I played once way way way way .......way back when and I was hooked. Been playing ever since. Paintball has been a part of my life for so long that I can't even remember NOT playing. I actually get mad if I don't play at least once a week.

My Dad got me a Talon for my 10th birthday, and then shortly afterwards I bought a Stingray and got a 9oz bottle from my Dad for my 11th birthday. I went several times to Wayne's World to get the bottle filled and playing looked like fun, so I begged him to let me play one game. Then I started playing once or twice, then I bought a new gun (the Griffin I had a LONG time ago). Years went by, and here I am today. :) I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

When I was a kid I was always a fan of nurf guns and whatnot. But they were such a pain, you would have to pick up the foam projectiles, it would take the fun all out of shooting your friends with it. Since you'd have to stop every 2 seconds to reload. So when I was introduced into paintball I figured, shooting friends, without having to stop and pickup the things I shot. Sounds marvelous. And well, yeah, I play paintball.

Saw my cousin cleaning his Matrix one day. I asked about it & BAM, a month later i was ordering my own gear. Ok, so that isn't much of a BAM as it is a fizzle fizzle pop.

Been playing ever since.

About 5 years ago all my friends started playing so I did too. My first gun was a BE saber followed by an ACI griffon and 2 Years went by of me playing a few times a year in my friend's backyard. I wasn't very serious about it and a year after that I stopped playing for a while. Last year changed everything when I actually played at a real field (Skirmish) with my (at that time) new E-99. Since then I got hooked on the sport really bad (thanks to pbr) and upgraded my spyder, got a BKO, sold the spyder, bought a cocker, and now a timmy.

I invented it:dodgy:

Basically all my friends got into it, so I had no idea what they were talking about with their O-rings and their BPS and what I beleived at the time to be 'Titmans.' So I went along with them one day and enjoyed it and stuck with it.
