I was thinking about buying a slightly used '04 freestyle that has the 2nd gen board installed but not the HE bolt. If I wanted to have the HE bolt installed, would I have to send it in to ICD, or is this something I could do myself?
Also, what's the approximate cost of them doing it if I have to send it in?
Thanks guys

Confirmation: ICD tells me $110 and you have to send it in because it requires a modification to the marker.
