Check out this site:
www.pbreview.com
They have reviews on paintball equipment. They may even have some on those two types of markers you're looking for. But to my knowledge those are brands of markers, not markers, you can't really shoot a brand. Oh, and PBR has a search button last time I went there.
Odds are you'd get a different response depending on what forum you posted in. Just a guess though.

ariakon guns are made to look real, but a tippmann A-5 is modled after a real gun too.
I would go wit the A-5

I wouldn't go with Ariakon. I'd pick a company called Warsensor over Ariakon because Warsensor markers come with a life-time warranty and a hop-up barrel. Look around the Armotech forum and ask about Warsensor.
I had to make the same decision and I picked an a-5 because I felt I didn't need the cosmetics. So IMO if you want realistic looks go with Warsensor or Armotech. Warsensor for an m4/m16 look, Armotech for an mp5/g3 look. Or just mod an a-5.
Look around and weigh out your options.
Happy Searching!

The Ariakon line of markers are spyder clones that look like a real gun. I personally will take a A-5 over any other mil-sim marker. Problem is without heavy modding the A-5 will not be as realistic as the Ariakon.
It all comes down to how much you want that mil-sim look, and if you are really into your gun looking like a replica then Ariakon probably will be a better choice

id go with a tippmann... Bc you dont have to have alot of money put into it to be a good gun... most of my team uses A-5s and 98's there really good bc ive gone through 2 24 hour scenarios w/o having to clean my gun. (not smart, i know clean and oil your gun every once and a while.)

dude if you want to get one of those type guns get an armotech.... my reasoning is they look better... better made and if something breaks free-life-time warrenty plus i think it's cheaper too!! do yourself a favor.... but i have an a-5 never had a problem with it ever just got my wg-75 if you havent heard the trigger frame plastic SUCKS donkey wavos... so i have a small crack get the a-5 bro!

ariakon is a rip off they are heavy for no aperrent reason they are spyder clones inside and my friends curves streight down and they are innacurate. and for this they cost like $500 WTF why would anyone even buy this POS other than for looks? just get an A-5 with a g36 body kit and be alot better off. I'm sorry if I sound angry.....I am angry at armotech (now ariakon) and if u go for armoteck atleased get a warsensor instead it has hopup (same idea as flatline)
at leased.
