Which is better?

I have a AGF Flatline Adjustable Nitro tank and a Sidewinder regulator on my Defiant and had a question. Is it better to have the output pressure going into the regulator from the tank high and then "regulate" it down with the Sidewinder OR would it be better to do the reverse of that and have the output pressure from the tank low and increase it with the regulator. I hope that makes sense...

use your inline reg to lower the pressure..

are the valve and internals stock? if so put the tank output pressure to about 500 and use your inline.

yep, feed in more, then keep regulating it down.
