Is there any way that you could save air???

I have a 20 Oz. tank. How much will it shotwith my impulse?? Do you have to put it on a certian Dewell setting??

A 20oz CO2 should give you more than 1000 shots per tank.

the "best' place to set an Impulse is to set the pressure to 180 psi and adjust the dwel to get around 280 fps.

If you get full 20 oz fields where you fill up, this set up should get you more than 1200 shots per fill/\

i need to adjust my dwell. right now my gun is shooting 290fsp at 130psi.

my field limit is 265, will I get less shots, or does that matter. I think you all shoot closer to tourney level FPS, my field is nicer :D not as many welts.

Fom or anyone can i put my stock Impulse to 160 psi below and still have 280fps???

There is a lot of confussion about dwell and pressure. frankly i may have contrubited to the confussion with "short hand'answers from time to time.

The Imulse runs at its very best when running around 180 psi. As a "normal" setting, i always recomemd you set the gun at 180 psi and adjust the dwell to get to around 280 fps. from there, you can adjsut the pressure to get ht veloicity you want.

IF you have your gun set for this 180/280 and cut the pressure back to shoot at say 250, you will still get great shot count. If you knew you were going to spend the next few months shooting at 250 psi, you could get still better shot count by setting the gun to 180 psi and adjusting the dwell to get 250 fps. Again the key is "180 psi"
