what do gas through grips do??

It is exactly what it sounds like, a grip. It is a place to grip with your free hand when playing.

so is it worth buying and i read on some site it does something with the hose. like you dont need to connect it is that true?

Yeah you run the bottom line hose through it. That is were the gas through part comes in.

The grip in the front is a gas thru foregrip.
Its just a grip. To hold while shooting. I would get one..If you dont have on which I highly doubt?

Yes, you need another grip. But not a gas thru. If you are going to get another grip, get an expansion chamber. It will do wonders to your gun.

nah i already got one i got a reg im buying so it would be worthless to get one.
