Hey folks.
Does anyone have any test or things I can do to assure that my Response trigger is working, because I really need to find out as many ways as I can, because I'm not sure if it, or not. Thanks.

If you adjust the screw on the air fitting all the way in and still don't feel any thing push the trigger out when you shoot it's not working. theres realy not much to it.

Ehhh. I think it is broke. It has always been like this. I doubt the company will take it back now.
Here's what I know is working.
1. Frost can be seen on the outside of the gun, on the screw, where the screw goes into air chamber. So I know Co2 is going into the gun, and the co2 is reaching the first part of the RT.
2. The tube on both sides where it connects on the outside of the gun frost, so I know air is getting there.
So, could it maybe be that I need a new air control assembly? Or that I need a new cylinder that goes into the gun?
P.s. - Sometimes I get some 3-round burst and full auto action outa the trigger, so I don't know if that changes anything. Thanks

I havent disasembled that piston myself but maybee you should try it, it sounds like you just need oil or something.
I bet tippmann would just fix it if you send it in to them they have always been good to me about it. most of the time they don't even charge you.

just take the system apart, clean it, re-loctite the fittings, and try it again. Check your powertube where the 90degree connects to the powertube. That thing is brittle and can get hairline cracks in it, causing the RT to leak and not work right. That has happened to me before.
Screw the banjo fitting all the way in and pull the trigger several times. It should get so tight that the trigger becomes hard to pull. That will check for leaks.
also make sure you didnt overapply loctite when it was installed, that can cake up and blow airflow.

Alright. I have to get some more Co2, then I'll tell my findings.

Get someone with RT experience to look at it and shoot it.
