ok, got my wiring harness (very nice shootpaint :D), hooked it up, soldered the wires to the quick disconenct, plugged it in, everything seems to work. the noid clicks when fired, the light goes off, etc etc...

so i go to put air in. it took a while but i seemed to had finally gotten the regs adjusted, with the hpr at around 275-300 psi, and the lpr adjusted so that it could fire. i got it to cycle a lot of times without leaks, so i decided it was time to go outside to try some paint. i turn off the gun, take it outside, load up the halo, but before turning on the halo i make sure its still cycling... which its not. instead, all that happens is this very faint noise coming from the noid. not just the click, theres also just a little sound of air being released. ok so by now i'm a bit confused, so i take it back inside. i adjust the lpr around, but i still always get this sound, and no cycling. a few times i adjusted the lpr, the marker cycled once, then just made the faint sound after each other time i fired. also, a few times i tried, it cycled, and the bolt remained forward, because air was keeping the ram forward. it stayed forward and sometimes leaked until i shut off the air and adjusted the lpr a little more.

so thats about it. i really have no idea to what is happening. a blown solenoid perhaps? i really hope not. thanks

i'd try changing your battery. i find that 50% of all BKO problems with cycling are because of a dead battery.

i managed to figure it out, i opened it up, took off the noid then put it back on, i think the gasket was pinched or something, i have no idea... anyway, i think that now my bko is actually working! i got it to cycle, its definately hitting the valve, no leaks, all thats left is to put paint through it to find out for sure (can't until tomorrow after school though)

thanks to everyone that has helped me fix my marker! :D

spoke too soon... :(

figured it was worth a double post. i borrowed one of my friends air tanks, because i ran out, and i still hadnt gotten to shoot paint through my bko, so i aired it up and dry fired a few rounds. seemed to work fine, but after a few shots the bolt stays forward. air is still pushing the ram forward, because i am guessing the solenoid is still letting the air through. the bolt forward causes a barrel leak. i then have to back the lpr pretty far out to make it stop leaking. when i turn the lpr in, it starts to cycle (but not the whole way, the bolt only goes about halfway) so then i turn it up until i can get it to hit the valve. when i get it up this far, then the bolt eventually stays forward after a few shots.

it runs properly, for me, between about 150-350 but after that is all messed up.
