LCD= Liquid crystal display
LED= light emitting diode
When a marker has an LCD screen on it, it usually tells things like the bps readout, and has a built in game timer and all those fancy doodads. I prefer led over lcd, just because led is much more simple and LCD screens are pretty useless.
All I need the gun to do is shoot. :)

two things i dont like about lcd is that they use a lot of battery power.also in cold weather the lcd can freeze,go blank or become unreadable.warpide did a few reviews on marker and eframs.they tossed a few in the freezer for 20 min to see what they would do.

Warpig?
Well, for some markers (like the matrix, and I think angel) LCD and LED have many differences than the screen.
