Neither, I am on Evergreen Way @ 1/2 Block South of Brien Ford, In the same building with U-Save Auto Rental. I do have a field, It is located @ 20 minutes north of Everett @ 9220-172nd St SW, Stanwood. It is @ 2 Blks North of Kayak Point State Park

Store is open 3-7PM M-F & 9-5 on Saturday
Field is open to walk on players on Sundays Only Until Mid Feb.

Is the store on the same side of the street as Albertsons or on the other side? Is there a parking lot or do you park on the street?

No, Store is on the other side of the road, go 3 traffic lights north of Albertson's. I am in between two traffic lights, across the street from CityBank,Pacific Pawn. The store is in the middle of the U-SAVE Auto Rental building (they have a huge yellow sign).
There is plenty of parking in the lot OFF the street. If you miss it ,you can park behind Meridan Escrow (they are on the Corner).

The way I found it was that there are two stop lights next to each other. The store is on the West side of the street.
