well i noticed that alot of people have benn chopping with b2k4 with and with out pds so i made this in a thread, but since some of people have this problem i decided to make a seaperate thread for this matter. well here it is
this is how i did my roll back mod i will show pics

1st remove the ram cap off the ram Assembly

2nd
remove spring guide and spring from ram cap

This is the order that you assemble it back in remember you only have one # 16 o ring in the ram cap i added two extra but it might vary from how sever your roll back is.

3rd
got some #16 o-rings at your local home depot or hardware store

Then place the o-ring in 1st ahead of the spring guide and spring like the 1st picture on step 2.

LAST STEP
put it back together in the RIGHT order

NO NO NO NO NO....doing it that way can be hazordous!

the metal shim slamming the metal rod sooner has caused peoples hammers to break off......Just so you guuys know




Its better to put a neprene washer behind the hammer on the shaft.

Its better to put a neprene washer behind the hammer on the shaft.

uumm...he used o-rings...that would be even better than the washer because of their bouncy nature...
