Ive heard that the rocket cock is a good buy because it lets nothing get into the internal part of the gun. I have a flatline barrel and ive heard the rocket coks gets in the way of the flatline....any suggestions on modifications???? Any pictures of one with a flatline and a rocket cock????

try lookin over at model98.net for mods on that. im not sure if theres any here so if you havent already, check the sticky. also, check the custom modification forums here and try the forums on the actual tippmann website. there might even be something on www.tippmannowners.com if thats even the right url....

I had an old RC 1 I juts took a rasp to it and filed an angle into the top to make it fit the contour of the Flatline Shroud, problem solved.
Then again, you could just not use the Flatline shroud and save yourself the trouble.

the rocket cock is ok....cept i dont really like the way it looks.....dirt getting in the port wont do too much damage either unless its sand, or unless a paintball hits dead center on the slot and most of the fill gets in.....i'd keep the money to save up for more important stuff

there is a flush cocking system i own that i highly recommend though i am not sure if it is still made. if you find one pick up a Full Boar Shadow Cocking system. combines a truley completely internal cocking system with an RVA. amazing device, highly recommended.
