best gun

When you say best all around gun, I assume yuou taking into account price, ease of maintenance, dependability and other factors that go into the considration of purchasing a marker. Those are some of the things I looked into before buying my STS G2. While the Autococker may be the best gun made, it probably isnt' the best all around gun (no offense to the cocker owners out there) because it's expensive and is a maintenance heavy marker. Just my 2cents worth anyway.

First off, you cant put a shocker and an angel in even the same category as a spyder and a tipman. Sure they both deliver a paintball from your gun to it's destination, but that's about the only similarity. Comparing high end electropneumatic guns and open bolt blowback markers... plus, there were a few glaring omissions, such as the Bob Long intimidator (In my opinion a gun that can finally give the angel a run for it's money, but ugly as hell), the Diablo e-matrix, the impulse, the super nova... You've seriously gotta narrow down your field when you do a vote like this, high end tournament markers and Spyder's just dont belong in the same category

cockers being a high maintenance gun is a myth. Its more complex than other guns but the only way your going to have to do anything is if you screw something up yourself. As long as you have your cocker in good time and leave it alone then you wont have to do anything. Some people just cant leave it alone when they dont know what the heck they are doing. Ive heard countless stories of how some guy messed with his gun then he coudlnt put it back together so hes is going to sell it now. You wouldnt go messing with all the wires and boards on an electro and it should be the same with the cocker unless you know what you are doing. I have 2 cockers, i never had any problems keeping them working, I know how to fix something incase it does and im not going to mess with it just to mess with it. Thats all the maintenance you need. LEAVE IT ALONE.

BY the way my second cocker I built myself from different parts and I havent had to do anything to it since I put it together.

GEtting on topic I would have to say the cocker is the best. It has incredible accuracy and even though it lacks firing speed its not far behind. Even if you want the firing speed of electros you can buy an f5 or nitro duck upgrade to be electro. I also like how you can buy an old used cocker for $200 or buy a custom milled and annoed electro for $2000 plus.

i said th best alround gun i ment i know that a spyder is no were a good as a angel but a spyder starts a $99 where a angel is about $1100 if i was bying i would go spyder cause a angel is not a 1000 times better and a far as a bob long intimidator it is a alright gun but over all is not THAT good diablo e-matrix it suck

well, the Intimidator is THAT good, but anyhow...

I'm just saying that you cant possibly compare an angel to a spyder. They're just way too different in terms of price and performance. It's like

What's better a slingshot or an HK MP5 .40 caliber submachine gun. You just cant compare some things man.

i never even used a cocker i just put it because i would want a highly customizable, tournament capable gun, at a low cost
