ive been thinking about getting one but i have a few questions about it.

1. i play front so size is an issue, the bko looks pretty tall compared to other markers such as the auto cocker, and the automag so what is the story on that.

2. I like the speed of the BKO (18 bps i hear). whats the trigger sensitivity and is it adjustable?

3. what upgrades are recomended? (no drops, im 5'2" i dont need a tall marker) and i have an egg im takin with me (z board inside)

thnx in adavnce

EDIT: i know there is an FAQ thread but it takes forever to get an awnser in the stickys

1. cockers are big and heavy, probably the worst from gun ever. ULE mags are prety good but they can be expensive and if its not a ULE forget using it up front (its a brick). the BKO is like 2.2 pounds, pretty darn light

2. the trigger is 3 point adjustable i think. the stock board is not adjustable(its a pretty mediocre board). you can, however, for $80, get one of the nicest boards available-the 2k4 chaos board. it offers all sorts of things to adjust and tweak to make your gun rip.

3. chaos, PDS (or, for cheaper, the JAM bolt in something like 11 days...), new inline reg, and also maybe a valve.

i wouldn't suggest an 04 BKO though. wait for the 05 BKO. it has a nice clamshell style frame, PDS stock, a gen. 2 freestyle board (so it rips stock), plus some super hot milling. for ups on a 05 BKO i would only suggest an inline reg (CPs are nice) and maybe a valve (vapors are nice)...

The trigger is extrememly sensative and I have been able to outshoot an Egg with a bko. The trigger has 3 screws in it to allow adjustments, i think.

(no drops, im 5'2" i dont need a tall marker) and i have an egg im takin with me (z board inside) Just get a new barrel, 14 or 16 inch, buy a unimount, and like I said, if you are worried about a tall gun, get a low or norise feedneck. Get a chaos board. And if you dont get the 05 get PDS

The trigger does have 3 pivots and 3 screws. Very easy to adjust to your liking.

The Jam bolt will probably be available from jam themselves (www.apbbolts.com) and maybe shootpaint.com

For upgrades, I'd get a barrel, valve, and reg. Those are 3 good upgrades that will add quite a bit to your performance. If that's not enough, a clamping feedneck is nice, so is chaos.

way to hijack a thread! good work! :P

it might help a little with blowback but the point is to reduce chopping for less than the price of PDS....

The tray is going to be gone too, which goes along with the smaller/lighter part that Avery mentioned.
