Play Without a Gun?

Has neone out there ever played in an actual pball game with somethin other than a gun? For example a slingshot.

are you talkin bout a slingshot with ballberings and rocks or usin those little paintballs. kinda like a blowgun or an airsoft gun.

if you do mean the small paintballs (i guess they're something like .30cal) then you may not know that even if you hit someone they arent quarter size splats and you probaly wouldnt get any kills with em :D

o well, thats what i think but also ive seen people runnin around with just guns with no air or paint and just surrendering people, thats pretty funny to witness:D

No i'm talkin about like actual field paint, medium-large bore paintballs.

I played a game with a guy who had no air or hopper and just surrenedered people. He was REAL good cause he got like 24 people surrenedered over the day. He was divin liek crazy he was good. His main Advantage was that he was NOT scared of getting hit at all, at close range. Now im not sayin im afriad of gettin hit or that any of yall are, but you cant tell me that you dont ast least try to avoid it. This kid was fearless, he was damn good

Part of the reason i'm askin this question, is cause I need a decent backup gun, but cant spend more then like 30 bucks. I'm thinkin a slingshot might be a nice alternative. I was also lookin on some slingshot web pages, and alot of pball grip frame upgrades can be put on slingshots, such as dye sticky grips, and wood grips. (just incase i wan't to upgrade it later)

i have my own field me and my friends made. in the begining when not all of us had paintball guns i used a slingshot, and i had some damn good accuracy. the balls seem to go really fast too. then my friend had a gt 2000 (pos) and it was ****ed up so he played with 2 or 3 squad busters. he didnt use them though.

I wonder if I'd have to chrono it? I don't think a I'd have to worry about a slingshot breakin 300 fps.

Uhmm...one time my friend patrick and I got his sling shot (a really cool hunting one, not like a dinky plastic one) and our friend Doug gave us some extra paintballs and we terrorized the nieghborhood....thats unfortunatly the closest I have ever been to playing paintball haha

K i'm buying one, theres some guy on e-bay selling a Diablo brand all aluminum slingshot with a stabilizer, sight, and dye sticky grips. For 25 bucks i think it's a pretty good deal cosidering thats how much the grips cost alone.

Ya it was Diablo brand all polished aluminum with clear sticky grips, a thompson slingshot stabilizer, and an arm brace, looked REALLY sweet.!!

yes, I was a vicitim of the guy with only a gun and no hopper or CO2...pretty imberasing when you realize that he has no ammo or air AFTER you yell " I surrender".......

I have never used a slingshot but I have used a blow gun! Someone had made one that fit the .68cal paintball. This was before the semi auto but it was fun! Quiet as heck but you had to blow real hard and hope it hit something hard and broke cuz I got a lot of bounces!
