Macro Line

I have tippmann 98 custom and am having some problems. i ordered a pb x core expansioin chamber with vertical adaptor and macroline kit with 2 90' adaptors and 3 hoses. on county paint ball.com they said that that was all i needed. the vertical adaptor and the macro lines came today but the expansion chamber was back ordered. i looked at the kit that i got and wondered how i was to connect the macro line to the asa. is ther something that comes with the chaimber? any input on this would be very helpfull because i have a war in 3 days and it would be great to get it working by then. thanks, PB32

Once you take the front grip off and install the vert. adapter using loc tite, screw the x-chamber into it. Then take the ss hose off, wrap some extra teflon tape around the fitting and screw it into the hole where the ss hose came out. If you have a custom, the ASA's on those have ports at the front of them, rather then on the side. You may need to get a new ASA or order a straight fitting for that type, I don't think a 90 degree one will work very well. Then just do the same with the port that's on the x-chamber, screw the fitting in and then push the macro line down into the ends of the fittings.

I read now you have a custom. I would suggest getting a new ASA, with a 90 degree fitting going into the front of the ASA it's going to bend the hose, and probably won't be so great.
