Ok, Im looking at buying a gen 2 freestyle, but the seller doesnt know if it has the HE bolt. How would I describe it so that he can check to see if its there?

The only way to tell for sure is to remove the back block.

You will then need to unscrew the LP housing from the back block.

With this removed you should be able to see a pin sticking out of the back block if it is a HE bolt. If there isnt a pin sticking out of the back block there this isnt a HE bolt.

would u really trust buyign a gun if the seller doesnt no what upgrades it has..

in that case assume it doesn't have the HE bolt....then if it does then you got a great deal.
